As someone with mobility challenges, I requested a handicapped room but got placed on the 4th floor, making it difficult to access without an elevator. the hotel staff was polite, the room was clean & comfy, with modern amenities like USB ports and a recently updated look. I especially enjoyed the indoor pool, which provided me with much-needed exercise without pain. the Holiday Inn Express Haskell-Wayne Area had a lot to offer, but the lack of accessibility for guests with disabilities was a significant drawback.
